Default Addresses

This feature allows your most frequent address used for sending mails to be easily setup and selected. It ensures consistency and speeds up entering addresses for Print & Mail records. Default addresses are stored as custom metadata and listed in a table on Print & Mail Settings page. They get automatically processed with Lob upon creation.

Address Source picklists

Saved default addresses are correlated to 2 custom picklist fields, Address Source (From) and Address Source (To), available on the Print & Mail object. When a default address is selected from the picklists, that address is used in the process call to Lob. Address (From) and/or Address (To) block fields, get automatically populated based on the selected default address data.
