Follow our guide below to start using the Veezla | Shipping powered by EasyPost solution
Installing Veezla Address Tools solution is a requirement for Shipping in order to increase deliverability.
Click on the Get It Now button and select the desired destination (sandbox or production).

We provide a Setup Wizard to help you get set up with Shipping quickly
Navigate to Setup Wizard.
Lightning: Navigate to the app launcher, select "Shipping" app, and click on the "Setup Wizard" tab.
Classic: Navigate to the application drop-down button (blue button in the upper right-hand corner), select "Shipping" app, and click on the "Setup Wizard" tab

Provide your EasyPost API Key. EasyPost provides two types of API Keys: Test and Production. You can test all EasyPost functionality using your Test key, for free, immediately after signing up.

Webhooks are push notifications, or callbacks, which allow users to stay up-to-date on the status of their objects without needing to poll for updates.
I) Create a Force.com Domain
- Within
Setup
In the Quick Find, type in and click "Sites." - If a Force.com domain has not been setup continue with the instructions, otherwise navigate to the next step (Site Configuration).
- Enter a value for your Force.com domain and click check availability
- Accept Site terms of use and click "Register My Force.com Domain."
II) Site Configuartion
- Click New next to Sites.
- Set a Site Label, Site Name, and Default Web Address (We suggest using
webhook
). - Check the
Active
checkbox. - On the active Site home page field click the
Lookup
icon and select InMaintenance (the page is not visible, it's just a placeholder because a value is required). - Check
Require Secure Connections (HTTPS)
. - Click Save.
III) Assign the EasyPost Webhook Permission Set
- Click on
Public Access Settings
button

- Click on
View Users
orAssign Users
- Click on the user

- Add the EasyPost Webhook permission set to this user's record
IV) Configure Webhook in EasyPost
- Navigate to your connected EasyPost account dashboard
- Select the Webhooks & Events tab on the left hand side

- Select
Add Webhoook
button at the top - Select your Environment (Test/Production)
- In the Webhook URL field set the url to the Salesforce webhook Site you just created
V) Add Webhook Events
